About Laramie

Laramie has a background in both business and Real Estate.  Laramie is Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services, and joined Gatski Commercial in April of 2007.  He specializes in acquisition, disposition, leasing, and tenant representation of retail assets; however, his diverse portfolio includes all aspects of commercial real estate including industrial, professional office, and land.  He holds a degree in Business Management from Ohlone College.

Laramie has participated in and been a member of NAIOP,ICSC, and is currently working toward obtaining a LEED Green Associate credential.  He has also been awarded the CoStar Power Broker multiple times. 

Before joining Gatski Commercial Laramie served as a partner in multiple furniture stores in Las Vegas, which he sold in 2007. He participated in the development  of a retail center for his furniture business, and realized commercial real estate was his true career path. He uses this unique perspective to better serve his clients, understanding what the difficulties and rewards of being a small business owner and tenant as well as a landlord.

Family is Laramie’s top priority, and when not at work he can be found travelling, and spending time with his wife and son.  He also volunteers with his family at Three Square Food Bank and has spent many years travelling to the Bay Area to continue his volunteer docent work for the Golden Gate National Recreation Area at Alcatraz.
