About Tom
Tom Wagener joins Gatski Commercial as a 30-year Industrial Real Estate veteran from Chicago, Illinois. During his career, Tom has successfully completed over 1,500 transactions valued at over $1.5 Billion. Tom has been one of the top producers in the Chicago industrial market every year since 1993.
Mr. Wagener represented Institutional owners of industrial real estate as their leasing agent on 5,000,000 square feet of property. Occupancy on Tom’s portfolio of properties was never under 94% during his career. Tom is also the only broker in Chicago to have an owner erect a statue of him for bringing an entire business park to 100% occupancy.
Tom has completed hundreds of transactions for industrial tenants and buyers. He has represented manufacturers, bulk distribution warehouse uses, light industrial users, food users, bottling plants, crane buildings, truck terminals and more.
Mr. Wagener has also sold dozens of industrial investment properties. Tom is a Certified Commercial Investment Member. His knowledge of property types, property management, sales, leasing, construction and financing makes him uniquely qualified and trusted to get top dollar for his sellers and the best purchase price for his buyers.
