As Managing Director of Real Estate Management, Mr. Bauman brings over 35 years of Commercial and Multi-Family Property Management, acquisition, disposition, and development experience to Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services. In his capacity, Mr. Bauman is responsible for the leadership and supervision, business development and overall client relations for Gatski’s Property Management Division.
Prior to joining Gatski Commercial, Mr. Bauman held the position of Regional Manager, overseeing Property Management Services for Northcap Commercial, LLC, of Las Vegas, Nevada; President of TM Realty Services, LLC, of Coral Gables, Florida; Regional Property Manager of PK Nevada Real Estate Investment Group of Santa Monica, California; and Vice President of Operations for TMC Real Estate Management also of Las Vegas, Nevada. In his capacities with these firms, Mr. Bauman has been responsible for, or directly involved in,the development, implementation, integration and supervision of property management, leasing, day to day operations, physical plant management, HOA and construction management of over 13,000 multi-family units, 5,000,000 square feet of commercial space and over $300,000,000 in acquisition, and re-development of investment property in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, California and Washington.
Mr. Bauman began his career in Property Management in the maintenance field, and has a strong understanding of physical plant maintenance, construction and development, acquisition due diligence and possesses a wide range of real estate management experience from multi-site supervision, re-development and repositioning, new construction, lease-up, budget implementation and control, corporate structuring, policy and procedural implementation and supervision.
Mr. Bauman holds a Nevada Real Estate License as well as a Nevada Property Management Permit and has been involved over the years with numerous property management and real estate related organizations such as the Institute of Real Estate Management, the National Affordable Housing Management Association and the National Apartment Association. He has served two terms as President as well as two terms as Legislative Committee Chairperson of the Nevada Apartment Association.
