Gatski Commercial’s Ali Roesener and Laramie Bracken represented the seller Mesquite Partners, LTD in the disposition of 61,969- square-feet of the industrial building at 716 W. Mesquite Ave. to Maximus Prime Properties, LLC. The total sale amount was $2,000,000.

“It was a very interesting property and I am glad we found an owner-user that is well suited to the site. The new owner will continue to use the property in its highest capacity, maximizing the value and utility for all stakeholders,” said Roesener.

The sale closed on January 6, 2014.
