Gatski Commercial Featured Industrial Sale Transaction

Gatski Commercial’s Ali Roesener and Laramie Bracken close their fourth sale this year, representing the seller Mesquite Partners, LTD in the disposition of 12,579-square-feet of industrial space to NVDD Holdings RP 5, LLC, represented by Keith Spencer of CBRE. The Steel Engineer’s property is located at 716 W. Mesquite Ave. near the Northeast corner of the intersection of US-95 and I-15. The property sits within the Las Vegas Redevelopment Area, and includes two income producing billboards.

“It was a unique property and I am glad we found a well suited buyer that will maximize the property’s features and add value to the site,” said Roesener.

The sale closed on March 20, 2014 for $2,000,000.
