Gatski Represents KTR Capital Partners in the Acquisition of a Reno Industrial Asset

Gabe Telles, Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Gatski Commercial and Dan Doherty of Colliers International represented the buyer, KTR Capital Partners in the acquisition of a 228,268-square-foot industrial asset located at 1381 Capital Blvd. in Reno, NV.

The property sits on 10-acres near the Reno Airport sub-market and across from a FedEx distribution facility. The asset also features 16 dock high loading doors and has a 24-28 foot clearance height. Ted Stoever of Colliers International represented the seller.
