Gatski Commercial Takes on Harsch Investment Properties’ North Las Vegas Industrial Portfolio
Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services is now leasing over 2.5 million square-feet of industrial space for Harsch Investment Properties’ North Las Vegas industrial portfolio, which includes, Cheyenne Commerce Center, Losee Industrial Park, Craig Commerce Center, Trident Industrial Park and Speedway Commerce Center I & II. These properties total 2,544,049-square-feet with 347 units. Gatski Commercial’s Jason Simon and Rob Lujan, senior investment sales and leasing associates, are the seasoned team leasing the property.

Gatski Commercial’s Ali Roesener and Laramie Bracken represented the seller Mesquite Partners, LTD in the disposition of 61,969- square-feet of the industrial building at 716 W. Mesquite Ave. to Maximus Prime Properties, LLC. The total sale amount was $2,000,000. “It was a very interesting property and I am glad we found an owner-user that is well suited to the site. The new owner will continue to use the property in its highest capacity, maximizing the value and utility for all stakeholders,” said Roesener.
