City Centre Place Leases to Moveline Group, Inc.
Gatski Commercial’s Jason Simon and Rob Lujan represented CSFB 2004-C5 OFFICE 400, LLC in a 41-month lease to Moveline Group, Inc. The company’s new office is located at 400 S. 4th St in Las Vegas, NV, totaling 12,198-square-feet of office space. Brett Davis of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
“Moveline is an exciting fast-growing tech company that will become one of the success stories of Downtown Las Vegas’ business development project. We are excited that they will use City Centre Place as their corporate headquarters,” said Lujan.
Moveline Group is a technology company that makes life easier for people who are moving. Their services include assistance with packing, unloading, shuttling, and moving company price comparison.
The transaction commenced on April 10, 2014.
