JC Clark, senior associate, investment, sales and leasing, has worked in the design, construction & development industry for over 25 years in Las Vegas Ms. Clark is a well-respected, dedicated commercial real estate professional with experience in site selection, design, acquisition, management, land development, entitlements, development agreements, zoning, permitting, financial management, feasibility review, construction and development for offsite/onsite engineering. She is LEED G.A. and BPI certified.

Ms. Clark is a member of the NAIOP Government Affairs which is responsible for the monitoring of state and local government municipalities through interaction with Municipal Department Heads, Staff and Elected Officials.

JC graduated from Vincennes University in Indiana with a degree in Interior Design, and also studied contract law and construction management at the College of Southern Nevada.
