Gatski Commercial’s Rob Lujan and Jason Simon represented the owner VegasStar, LLC in a 60-month lease renewal for 3,592-square-feet of office space at 101 Convention Center Dr. to KHWY, Inc. The transaction amount was $303,621. The lease commences March 1, 2014.

Owned by Frank Gatski, CMP, CCIM, the Las Vegas-based Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services is Southern Nevada’s largest privately held, full-service commercial real estate firm, representing 8 million square feet of commercial space.
