Gatski Represents Owner in Industrial Lease

Gatski Commercial’s Ali Roesener represented the owner DES Investments in a 64-month lease renewal for 9,280-square-feet of industrial space to Nestle Waters at 4255 Valley View Blvd. The transaction amount was $386,907. The lease commenced January 1, 2014.
