Gatski Commercial’s Nick Barber and Jeremy Foley represented Pines Office Center, LLC in a 38-month office deal located at 7211 W. Charleston Blvd., in Las Vegas, NV. The ±7,343-square-foot office space was leased to Nevada PEP, represented by Tanner Peterson of CBRE Las Vegas. The transaction was estimated at approximately $277,932.

Barber and Foley also represented Vegas Eastern Star, LLC in a 63-month lease to Niv Brickman at 5025 Eastern Ave., in Las Vegas, NV. The retail space was ±7,160-square-feet and had an approximate total lease amount of $272,841.

Desert Regional Center leased ±4,467-square-feet of office space at the Sansone-Pecos Office Center, located at 9089 S. Pecos Blvd., in Las Vegas, NV. The landlord was represented by Nick Barber and Jeremy Foley. Brad Petersen of CBRE represented the tenant. The 65-month office lease had a transaction total of $493,692.

Gatski Commercial’s Jason Simon and Rob Lujan represented the landlord, CV PropCo, LLC in a ±7,100-square-foot office lease to Advanced Consumer Solutions, LLC. The space is located at 4625 S. Polaris in Las Vegas, NV. The 37-month deal had an approximate transaction value of $263,777.

Laramie Bracken, Ali Roesener, and Ric Rushton of Gatski Commercial represented the landlord, Romeo Investments, LLC in a new 60-month lease to Shaker Motors, LLC, located at 4110 W. Desert Inn Rd. The tenant was represented by Tom Naseef of Colliers International. The ±4,500-square-foot industrial deal had an approximate transaction value of $208,578.
