Gatski Commercial Takes on BKM Capital Partners Industrial Listings
On Behalf of BKM Capital Partners, Gatski Commercial is now handling the leasing and property management for Windriver Industrial located at 4301 S. Valley View, and Cheyenne Technology Center located at 3355-3675 W. Cheyenne Ave. in Las Vegas, NV.
Windriver Industrial is a ±137,603-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building, located in the Central Las Vegas Sub-market. The building sits on ±7.18 acres and was built in 1985, offering up to ±17,000-square-feet of current available space.
Cheyenne Technology Center is comprised of six office/industrial/flex space buildings totaling ±172,308-square-feet. The North Las Vegas industrial building sits on ±12.15 acres of land and offers up to ±9,000-square-feet of current available space.
