Gatski Represents LNR in the $17.3 Million Sale of Longford Medical Center
Jason Simon and Rob Lujan of Gatski Commercial represented the seller LNR/COMM 2006 – C8 Office 7455, LLC, in the disposition of Longford Medical Center located at 7455 W. Washington Ave., in Las Vegas, NV. Gabe Telles, SVP and Managing Director of Gatski Commercial represented the buyer, Stable Development, in the acquisition.
The bidding to acquire the Class-A medical office building was held on Auction.com August 25, 2014, and concluded on Wednesday August 27, 2014 with a final sales price of $17,300,000.
The 128,762-square-foot office building is home to several widely known tenants including, Nevada Orthopedic and Spine Center and Sonoran Medical Imaging.

Gatski Commercial will continue to manage the asset, and work with Stable Development on leasing to stabilize the property.
