Telles Tapped to Grow Gatski Commercial Brokerage Division

Gabe Telles joins Gatski Commercial as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Brokerage Services. Telles brings a wealth of experience to Gatski, with over 17-years of commercial investment, leasing, development and analysis expertise with such national companies as CBRE, Colliers International and Harsch Investment Properties.

Prior to joining Gatski, Telles was a co-founder of the Colliers International Gaming Group, as well as holding positions within CBRE’s Private Capital Group and Industrial Divisions. Prior to that, Gabe was Vice President of Acquisitions for RMI Investments where he was charged with the placement of commercial equity within the Western United States. Telles also played a key role at Harsch Investment Properties in the repositioning of over 7.5 million square feet of commercial property in Las Vegas.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Telles was an Academic All-American baseball player at the University of Nevada, Reno, where he also studied International Finance abroad. He has been a licensed broker/salesman in Nevada since 1997. Telles donates his time to several charities/schools including The Ronald McDonald House, Catholic Charities, The Meadows School and Bishop Gorman High School. Gabe has been married to his college sweetheart, Kristina, for 19-years and has two children, Brady and Taylor.
