Gatski Commercial welcomes veteran Meaghan Levy, CCIM, CPM as its new Vice President of Property Management
Gatski Commercial welcomes veteran Meaghan Levy, CCIM, CPM as its new Vice President of Property Management. At Gatski, Levy will manage all aspects of the Las Vegas property management line of business with a primary focus of superior client outcomes and a strong emphasis on growth of market share. She guides a team of real estate managers and engineers in client relations, service orientation and day-to-day operations. Levy holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations and is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Levy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Prior to joining to Gatski Commercial, Levy was the Director of Asset Services at CBRE Las Vegas for the past 11 years, where she was responsible for the operations, development, financial performance and recruitment.
