Former Gatski Family Member Samantha Rupert earns CPM designation

Congratulations to Samantha Rupert, CPM® for earning this prestigious designation.

At the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) luncheon on March 11, 2020, former Gatski family member Samantha Rupert was celebrated for earning her CPM, (Certified Property Manager) designation in a formal pinning ceremony. The prestigious event was by invitation only and Samantha was joined, and pinned by former employer, colleague, and friend, Frank Gatski.

IREM property management certifications are internationally recognized symbols of ethical leadership and a well-managed property. It is one of the highest certifications in our industry and takes approximately 5 years to accomplish.
