The planned location won't have a drive thru. But it will have a company store selling merch.

In-N-Out Burger is planning to open one of its largest restaurants yet on the Las Vegas Strip.

The Irvine, California-based burger chain on Thursday posted on Instagram that an 8,000-square-foot restaurant is coming in 2026 to The BLVD in Las Vegas, a 400,000-square-foot mixed use development still under construction that will include retail, entertainment and food.

The unit will not have a drive-thru, but it will have indoor and outdoor seating, and signage that puts a Vegas-style neon spin on the retro design. There will also be a company store where fans can buy merch, from an In-N-Out dog collar or plush blanket, to a full line of tee shirts.

The more-than 400-unit In-N-Out already operates five restaurants in Las Vegas, including one other unit on the Strip.

And this won’t be the quick-service chain’s biggest, but it will likely be No. 2. The largest In-N-Out location is reportedly a flagship unit in Barstow, California.
