City Centre Place Leases to The Regus Corporation

Rob Lujan and Jason Simon of Gatski Commercial complete large office deal in downtown sub-market, representing the landlord, CSFB 2004-C5 Office 400, LLC, in a 132-month lease in the class A office building known as City Centre Place located at 400 S. 4TH St. in Las Vegas, NV.

The 15,000-square-foot space will be occupied by RGN – Las Vegas X, LLC known as The Regus Corporation. The tenant was represented by Darren Lemmon of CBRE Las Vegas.

The Regus Corporation is a well-known and successful international company providing its customers with office space, meeting facilities, virtual offices, business lounges, video conferencing, and more. The Regus Corporation has 2,000 centres in 750 cities and 100 countries.
