• Able to build positive relationships with all team members, owners, tenants, and vendors

• Upbeat, high, energy team player to manage commercial portfolio

• Minimum of five (5) years commercial property management/facilities management experience

• Must have State of Nevada Real Estate License and Property Management Permit
