Gatski Commercial Leases Retail Space at the Shops at Summerlin Centre
Gatski Commercial’s Jeremy Foley and Nick Barber represented the Shops at Summerlin North, LP in a new 60-month lease to The Art of Vision by Amel, an eye care business specializing in correcting vision conditions in children and adults.
The 1,012-square-foot retail deal will commence on May 1, 2015 at the brand new Shops at Summerlin Centre, located at 10801 W. Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas, NV. The new Centre will provide about 1,800,000-square-feet of retail space and is set to open in late 2014 with top vendors including Macy’s, Dillard’s and Nordstrom’s.
The deal closed with a total transaction value of approximately $429,827.
