Gatski Commercial Holds Open House Event at Seven Hills Business Center
Frank Gatski, Jason Simon, and Rob Lujan of Gatski Commercial invited Southern Nevada commercial real estate brokers to tour the newly renovated speculative suites at the Seven Hills Business Center, located at 880 Seven Hills Dr., Wednesday, June 18, 2014.
Attending brokers received incentives, gift cards, free lunch, and an Apple IPad Air giveaway to one lucky raffle winner. Simon and Lujan hosted the event and provided guided tours of the property.
Gatski Commercial’s Senior Property Manager, Lindsay Sears provided on-site porters to insure all suites were made presentable for the event. “This event was such a success because of the effort made by the maintenance staff and the Gatski team,” said Sears.
Seven Hills Business Center is a 49,945-square foot, two-story class A/B office building located in Henderson, NV. The two-story facility offers both medical and professional office space for lease, including an 8,130-square-foot physical therapy space.
“We were pleased with the broker turnout at our open house event and look forward to getting some deals done at the Seven Hills property,” said Lujan.
