Gatski Featured Sale
Gatski Commercial’s Ali Roesener, Laramie Bracken, and Ric Rushton close on their fifth sale of the year representing Town Building Corporation in the sale of the 1,500-square-foot retail unit located at 4211 W. Sahara Ave. to Elie Elhajj.
“The sale of this unit has created a valuable comparable for the area, showing stabilized increases in property value and the rising trend of smaller businesses becoming owner users,” said Roesener.
The unit sold for a total of $220,000 and closed on August 15, 2014.
