Gatski Commercial’s Nick Barber and Jeremy Foley represented Cheyenne Fairways, LLC in a new 112-month lease to Diana Tolentino, represented by Pete Janemark of Cushman and Wakefield. The 2,254-square-foot office space is located at Cheyenne Fairways office building, 8670 W. Cheyenne Ave in Las Vegas, NV. The transaction was valued at approximately $463,783 and is set to commence on March 1, 2015.
Gatski Commercial’s Jason Simon and Rob Lujan represented the landlord CV PropCo, LLC in a 63-month renewal to Bleu Blanc Rouge, LLC, at 4575 Procyon. The 14,070-square-foot industrial lease is set to commence on October 1, 2014. The total transaction value is approximately $487,346.
